Processing & Handling Times

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Handling time: Up to 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Tracked Letters OR Australia Post Padded Mailers depending on the size and value of the purchase.

Tracked Letters

  • Used for most small and standard card orders

  • Includes tracking

  • Cost calculated at checkout based on AusPost rates

Padded Mailers (for larger or higher-value purchases)

  • For larger orders, bulk purchases, or valuable items, we upgrade the packaging to a padded mailer

  • Shipped with tracking through Australia Post

  • Provides additional protection and cushioning to ensure cards arrive safely

Estimated Delivery Times (Australia Wide)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any Australia Post delays:

Packaging & Protection

We take card protection seriously.
Depending on the size of your order, your items may be packed using:

  • Card sleeves

  • Toploaders

  • Team bags

  • Rigid mailers

  • Padded mailers (for larger purchases)

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hbcollectables@outlook.com.
Australia Post may require an investigation before a claim can be made.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect details can be re-sent at the buyer’s expense.
