All Pokémon cards and products are sold in the condition stated in the listing.

7. Shipping & Handling

We currently ship using Australia Post tracked letters, with a handling time of 2 business days.

For larger purchases, we use padded mailers with tracking through Australia Post.

Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by AusPost or forces outside our control.

Once an item is shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Tracking will be provided where available.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
